Orders

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review all artwork, proofs, specifications, quantities, sizes, colours, and personal details before approving production. Once approval has been given, Slique cannot accept responsibility for errors that were present in the approved artwork or information supplied by the customer.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are stated in GBP (£) unless otherwise specified.

Full payment may be required before work commences, production begins, or goods are dispatched. Slique reserves the right to withhold delivery of products or services until payment has been received in full.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Artwork and Intellectual Property

Customers must ensure they have the necessary rights, permissions, and licences for any artwork, logos, images, text, or other materials supplied to Slique.

By submitting content to us, you confirm that its use does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

Slique reserves the right to refuse any order containing content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all design concepts, drafts, and creative work produced by Slique remain the intellectual property of Slique until full payment has been received.

Colours and Printed Materials

While we make every effort to accurately reproduce colours, slight variations may occur between digital proofs, screens, printed materials, and different production batches. Such variations are considered normal and do not constitute a fault.

Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Slique shall not be liable for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, adverse weather conditions, customs processes, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
